1.What is your company's turn over and capacity?
In 2020 we exported more than 1.5 million pieces of sweaters, T- shirts and accessories, our annual revenue reaches 20 million US dollars, among which more than 150,000 pieces are pure cashmere sweaters.
2. Which quality do you do ,only cashmere ?
We can handle almost all kinds of yarn and compositions. As we buy cashmere from the raw fiber so our prices are very competitive , but to other qualities like cotton , linen ,viscose/nylon ,fancy yarn... we are also very strong .
3. Which is you MOQ?
Sweater : 200 pcs/Color , Jersey 500 pcs/Color .To some customers ,we can even reduce lower MOQ with surcharges.
4. How many stock cashmere colors you have?
Nowadays, in order to fulfill our customers' requirement for small MOQ and fast reorder , we take our responsibility to offer more than 180 colors of high quality pure cashmere stock service .
5. What is your lead time ?
for samples : TOP URGENT SAMPLES: 2-3days , BASIC STYLES: 7 days , COMPLICATED STYLES: 2 weeks .
for bulk: FOR FAST REORDERS, 20-30 DAYS WITH STOCK YARN, YARN DYED YARN 35-45DAYS, TOP DYED YARN OR COMPLICATED STYLES 60-90DAYS, MADE IM CAMBODIA OR MYANMAR 90-120DAYS
6.Which technology you can handle ?
We can do almost all Gauge ,from 1.5GG -- 18GG . We can do also Seamless , Hand made , Intarsia , Jacquard, Print, Embroidery, Needle punch , Stone wash, Burn out , Laser cut ...
7. Quality Control level ?
We have total 20 QCs, its the 2nd largest team in our company. We can handle with the highest AQL1.0 level quality control . we can OFFER 2 YEARS' QUALITY GUARANTEE FOR ALL OF OUR CUSOTMERS, so already more than half of our customers dont send their own qc or third part qc.
8.Which is your Payment terms?
Normally for the first order we will ask for LC at sight , in the future we can offer TT or LC with different time allowance . And we can quote prices based on FOB,FCA,CIF,C&F,DDP..Almost all kinds of payment term. And we can do USD , EURO , POUND , RMB ...
